In this role the successful candidate will form an integral part of the management of the Quality Assurance Team. The position will carry the responsibility of all Customer Quality Assurance activities, throughout the entire business and will ensure that all customers without exception receive the highest standard of service from my client's QA area with major focus on external customer issues.

Main Focus of role :
* Effectively review all complaints to ensure no re-occurrence and establish signed tolerance samples for products which are causing field concerns.
