<p>Duties: The Desired Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer will be required to improve the quality and reliability of the supplier base. Ensuring supplier quality issues are addressed effectively.</p>
<p>You will also be required to maintain the approved status for all suppliers during the development of new/changed materials. You will always look to drive continuous improvements of products. This role will involve travel to suppliers in both the United Kingdom and abroad.</p>
<p>Skills &#38; Experiences: The ideal candidate for the role of Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer must have extensive experience in a similar role ideally within an injection moulding or FMCG environment.</p>
<p>The ideal Supplier Quality Engineer must have strong knowledge of quality principles including APQP procedures, PPAP documentation and control plan development. You must also have a working knowledge of PFMEA &#38; DFMEA.</p>
<p>Further duties for the Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer will include;</p>
<ul>
<li>The assessment of potential new suppliers including audits</li>
<li>New product audits</li>
<li>First article reviews and initial production delivery.</li>
<li>You will be required to drive supplier quality improvements in areas such as cost, quality,</li>
<li>funtionality, reliability and robustness.</li>
<li>The installation of effective supplier performance techniques.</li>
<li>You will be required to liaise with purchasing, goods inwards inspection, Design, manufacturing and engineering departments accordingly.</li>
<li>You must review underperforming suppliers and formulate action plans.</li>
</ul>
<p>Desirable qualifications include a degree or equivalent in Engineering or electronic disciplines as well as the ability to understand engineering drawings although on the job training will be treated the same as those with formal qualifications.</p>
<p>Salary: £30,000 + 3% bonus</p>

<p>The ideal Quality and reliability engineer will be required to take on a large role in the new product introduction process at an early phase and will be required to lead these events.You will also be required to maintain the quality systems onsite for all clients  during the manufacturing and development of new, current and changed products. You will always look to drive continuous improvements of products.</p>
<p>Skills &#38; Experiences:  The ideal candidate for the role of Quality &#38; Reliability Engineer must have extensive experience in a similar role ideally within an injection moulding or FMCG environment.</p>

<p>Duties: The ideal Shift Manager will be working on a continental shift pattern working with a large team of engineers on shift. The company manufactures components for very large blue chip organisations.</p>
<p>The ideal Shift Manager's main duties will include continuous improvements to the process, regular problem solving, faultfinding and scrap reduction activities. Duties will also include making great strides to improve the environmental impact of production, maintain product quality and monitoring or improving standard operation procedures and health and safety on shift.</p>
<p>Finally to be successful in the position you must be a natural leader who is not afraid to make tough decisions, you must have a voice above the crowd and possess an understanding of how to run a shift effectively</p>
<p>Skills and Experiences: The ideal Candidate for the role of Shift Manager must have experience in a fast moving consumer goods environment. This must include day to day duties such as;</p>
<p>Problem solving<br />
Faultfinding<br />
Troubleshooting<br />
Lean manufacturing<br />
Scrap reduction<br />
Effective man management</p>
<p>Experience working with a large bluechip company will be an added bonus, as well as an indepth understanding of the quality, health and safety and the environmental impact of production. Any experience working within a large injection moulding production environment will be of great benefit to the successful applicant.</p>
<p>Salary: £35,000 + up to £5,000 bonus</p>

<p>Duties:</p>

<li>Day to day duties for the Injection Mould Setter will include regular tool changes using SMED.</li>
<li>During the shift you will be responsible for troubleshooting and faultfinding on the shop floor.</li>
<li>You will be expected to look for opportunities to optimise the process where possible.<br />
As an Injection Mould Setter you will be responsible for reductions in scrap material and demonstarting lean working practices at all times.</li>
<li>Other duties will include 1st and last off inspections, preparation of materials including inspection of material feed systems.</li>
<li>This is a vey busy mouldshop, you must always be aware of health and safety at all times.</li>
</ul>
<p>Skills &#38; Experiences: The Ideal Injection Mould Setter will have experience working in busy trade moulding environment. Automotive experience is highly desirable but not essential as long as the candidate has indepth knowledge working on large machines (2000 - 3150 tonnes)<br />
The Ideal Injection Mould Setter must have experience of the folowing:</p>

<li>5-10 tool changes per shift</li>
<li>Condition Setting</li>
<li>Lean Manufacturing</li>
<li>Faultfinding</li>
<li>Troubleshooting</li>
<li>Process Optimisation</li>

<p>Shift Maintenance Engineer, Yorkshire, £29,000</p>
<p>Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all plant and equipment on site working to a PPM schedule. Also responsible for reactive maintenance using electrical &#38; mechanical diagnostic skills. The role will also include implementation of on-going continuous improvement activities.</p>
<p>Skills &#38; Experiences: The candidate must be multi skilled with experience of working with PLC's. A strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics is also required for this role. Any experience with plastic injection and/or blow moulding machinery and related ancillary equipment would be advantageous for this position. Experience working to PPM schedules and in an FMCG environment is essential for this position.</p>
<p>Salary: £29,000. Continental shifts 2 days 2 nights 4 off.</p>
