  • The Post holder will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Group Quality Management system.
  • To ensure the group Quality system is continually assessed and developed to meet the regulatory and legal requirements relating to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management.
  • To maintain the consistency of the group quality management systems ensuring that all changes to the Group Manual and procedures are approved by the group Managing Director.
  • Provide routine reportage including analysis and recommendations to the group board on but not limited to Customer Satisfaction Performance, Process Audits, Internal Audits, Complaints, Training Plans, Credit Note Analysis and H&S Statistics.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the required annual Management Review Meetings with local Country Management Teams and Group Board.
  • Maintain the Central Group Management System internal and process audit programmes, ensuring all planned activities including audits, corrective actions and reviews are completed to plan. Where there are issues identified the right candidate will highlight to the National, Regional and Group Management and where necessary support the actions required to swiftly close the issue.
  • Liaise with the company Business Management System accreditation body to ensure all planned activities are carried out, personally supporting accreditation body audits.
  • Develop the groups Business Quality Management system to meet the needs of the groups clients and other interested parties [e.g. creating bespoke process audit appendices to assure the achievement of local customer needs].
  • Manage the introduction of the Group Quality Management System within all new countries utilising the support of the countries’ national team.
  • Utilise personal expertise in the timely and efficient resolution of Quality Management System issues.
  • Develop and maintain the required reportage to support the above activities
  • The right candidate must have registered ISO9001 and ideally ISO14001 Lead Auditor with a proven track record of hands on management of Company Quality Management Systems.
  • You must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills able to communicate to all internal and customer levels from board room to shop floor
  • The Ideal candidate must be educated to Degree level in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline

£45,000 plus company Car, Pension and Bonus
