The ideal candidate will Possess 5 years experience working withing Injection Moulding in a Moulding Technician or Process Engineers role. The candidate should be fully conversant with efficient tool changes, Tool and Material trials, Process optimisation and troubleshooting, the candidate should always be looking for opportunities to reduce costs. A technical understanding of the operation and process setting of moulding machines and of, tool setting, overhead cranes, the setting of robots and material conveyors, is essential to the job. Technical writing skills sufficient to produce process packs to agreed standards including scrap, cycle times and machine downtimes. The post holder is responsible for product quality and through-put by the application of process control methods on the equipment within the area.
