Working within a focused and committed management team the Quality Manager will be responsible for the effective management of Quality engineers. Managing and developing the systems, you will become the visible face of the business with customers and suppliers alike.
The Quality Manager should have a proven track record of managing and developing business systems including Quality and Health & Safety within a high volume manufacturing environment. You should be a proven Change Manager, experienced in the application of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing techniques to gain tangible improvements in productivity and operational efficiencies together with experience of simultaneously driving multiple improvement projects to completion.
