The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Rubber injection moulding methods including Troubleshooting and Process Improvements, other experiences that will be beneficial for the role are Compression Moulding. Machines onsite are MIR rubber moulding machines. The right candidate will have direct input in production planning and in future will have the opportunity to be involved in the day to day running of the factory
