Blow Moulding Technician
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Blow Moulding company for a Multi-Skilled Blow Moulding Technician. Working a 3 shift pattern 06:00-14:15, 14:00-22:15, 22:00-06:15 rotating weekly. This company manufacturer aluminium and plastic caps and closures. This role is commutable from Blackburn, Oldham, Preston, Wigan and Halifax.
The successful candidate will be working within a small team of Technicians and Operators and being responsible for the running and maintaining of the blow moulding machines onsite, the correct candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
o Tool changes
o Process optimisation
o Production troubleshooting
o Cycle time optimisation
o Tooling and material trials
