Injection Moulding Technician (St Helens, Warrington)

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 depending on skills and abilities

I have an opportunity available working for a Medical Device Manufacturer who are looking for an Injection Moulding Technician. The role will consist of working a 3 shift pattern (6-2, 2-10 & 10-6) The salary is between £28,000 – £32,000 depending on skills and abilities. The role will consist of working in a fast paced Mouldshop and Cleanroom. The company is commutable from Manchester, Warrington, Wigan, Liverpool and Bolton.

The successful candidates will be working within a team of Setters and Operators and being responsible for the running and maintaining injection moulding machines, any applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:

o Daily tool changes
o Production troubleshooting
o Process optimisation
o Tooling trials
